Return & Refund Policy

All sales are considered FINAL. Each product is handmade and goes through several quality checks, due to this we assure each product upholds the highest quality prior to sending out any order and we do not accept returns nor offer refunds for any items purchased. We encourage you to review all product descriptions and any options you have chosen carefully before completing your purchase.

Should you wish to change the products in your order or have accidentally ordered an item, you MUST contact our team via email rattlesnakeandrose.co@gmail.com within 24 HOURS of placing your order or the order will be processed as it has been placed.

Damaged Products & Shipping Concerns

We take care in packaging every order, but if a problem occurs with delivery, we're here to help. Please inspect your order immediately upon reception and contact our team via email rattlesnakeandrose.co@gmail.com within 24 HOURS of delivery if the item is damaged, or if you received the wrong item. To help us process your claim quickly, your email must include your order details and a clear description (with photos, if applicable) of the visible damage to the product or packaging. For shipping concerns, please note that if your order hasn't been delivered within 10 business days of the expected delivery date or has been marked lost by the carrier, you must contact us as soon as possible so we can initiate a trace or claim with the shipping company.
